File Upload Instructions

1) Before uploading any files to our server, please contact us to discuss your project requirements so that one of our sales representatives can be assigned to your project.

2) Place all your working files or PDF file into a folder on your computer.

3) Compress the folder using either .ZIP or equivalent software, so that all your material is contained in one compressed file (.zip or equivalent).

4) Fill out all the required contact information fields in bold.

5) Select from the drop-down list your sales representative or pre-press contact. The selected contact will receive your message and a notification related to the file you have uploaded.

6) Select the platform you are using (Windows, Mac OS, Linux).

7) Click the "Browse..." button below to select your compressed file.

8) Fill out any other information that is required to complete the request such as specific notes related to the files you are uploading or other details on your project.

9) Click the Upload button. Your file will be uploaded to our server and a message will be sent to your sales representative.

Design File Format Notes
Ideally you should upload your design files to our FTP server in PDF format and also in their native format such as .AI Illustrator files, .PSD Photoshop files, etc.

Please make sure to include all required fonts and extras that are necessary for the native format files to open and display your designs properly on our computers.
