  Printing - Traycards

If your discs will be placed in Jewel Cases or DVD Cases, you should consider having professionally printed tray cards. A tray card is a one panel insert that fits on the back of the Jewel Case and acts as the Jewel Case back cover. A tray card can be printed in several ways, including black and white, specific PMS colors, or in full color, depending on your budget and requirements. On the right are some samples of our tray cards printing capabilities.

By having high quality tray card printed and included with your Jewel Case, you can distribute your discs while ensuring that they represent the professional image that your Company deserves.

In order for us to print your artwork on the tray card, we require the artwork to meet the specifications outlined on the templates and specifications page.

Types of Jewel Cases & Tray Cards

There are two types of Jewel Case: solid color or clear.

The solid color Jewel Case allows for a tray card to be visible only on one side. For this reason the tray card is typically printed only on one side.

A clear Jewel Case allows for a tray card to be printed on both sides (front and back). The back of the tray card will be visible once the CD is removed from its position. 		Traycard
