  Printing - Mailers

If your discs will be sent through the mail, you should consider having professionally printed disc Mailers. A disc Mailer is a custom printed sleeve that can be sealed for shipping and that is printed on thick card stock to protect the disc from shipping damage. Printed full-color disc Mailers are an affordable alternative to plastic jewel cases and they are specifically used for mailing the CD/DVD to eliminate the problems encountered when shipping easy-to-break plastic jewel cases.

Disc Mailers can be printed in several ways, including black and white, specific PMS colors, or in full color, depending on your budget and requirements. On the right are some samples of our disc mailers printing capabilities.
